Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were very responsive, location was incredible back to the stations. Location: the venue was just off the Italian restaurant as well as nara park and shopping district. Tried some nice meals at Kikusuiro, located next to the hotel.

Location not far from the deer park, restaurants and the park and other local landmarks and tourist spots. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

Everything met all requests, I would definitely come back. Came in Nara to relax and have fun, this low-budget hotel was excellent home base for doing it. There were central heating, multi-channel television, and a fridge in the room, really enjoyed that. The location of the venue was exceptionally nice - not too far from a class museum. By the way, parks and lakes were walk from the place😃

The location of Hotel Neiraku was absolutely perfect, right in the middle of all the action. We had a room with a direct view of the famous 5 story pagoda, and it was stunning. The room itself was small but clean, and the bathroom was larger than expected. We were pleasantly surprised with the value for money, especially considering how close it was to restaurants and the park. The staff-less system worked fine for us as we had no issues during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Nara.

Spacious, clean room. Great location near restaurants and park. Easy and convenient check-in. Safe for families with babies. Provided with bathrobes and toothbrushes.
Nothing for me.

The hotel had a great location, being in the middle of everything which made it easy to explore the city. We also had a room with a great view of a local landmark. The room was clean and had great water pressure for the shower.
That there was no staff available to assist with luggage storage before or after checkout. , the beds being close to the floor made us feel cold due to the thin and drafty windows.

Great location near tourist spots and a quiet neighborhood. Spacious, clean, and bright room with basic necessities provided. Convenient and easy check-in process with PIN codes. Hotel is unmanned but still able to offer good service. Safe and baby-friendly. Nearby breakfast place recommended.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel was very easy to check-in and the spacious room was bright and clean. the location was fantastic and close to many sights, restaurants, and shops. the self-check-in procedure was well-described and the staff was helpful through online support. We loved the fact that there were many towels available and the beautiful pond next to the hotel where we saw deers every day during our city trip.
We disliked that there was no safety lock on one of the windows near the bed, but we were able to move the bed away from the window. the windows were not completely transparent, maybe due to the surrounding buildings.
